Hello all,

This should really have been my first post but I could sidetracked so it's my second, anyhow a little about me..

Long time (solo) motorhomer, currently sat outside the van next to the Rhine watching the world (or boats and ducks) go by.

I'm half way into a months trip through France and Gernany working my way towards Koblenz then along the Moselle before heading home.

Will be happy to share any information I've gleaned, help where I can and undoubtably ask a few questions too.

We've done the Mosel the opposite way round to you i.e. we started at Trier and ended at Koblenz and then went south by the side of the Rhine. Had a great time and hope you do too.

Thanks for the welcome all.

I'm working my way northwards albeit slowly so may drop into Reil and show my face. Currently on an stelplatz just outside Sankt Goar watching more boats go by which strangely isn't wearing off in the slightest. Nice stretch this and by all accounts the Mosel is better. And thank god the temperature has dropped, yesterday was painful ?

By all accounts us Clives are on the 'critically endangered' list inasmuch as I think in 2017 not a single baby was named Clive! We're becoming a rare breed ?

So it's good to know I'm not alone ??
