I guess its aimed at the zombies who are programmed to go in there every day for the rest of their lives to work, I did it for 30 years and since retiring rarely go back, its a rip off dangerous dump!

Not sure, it was just an observation while driving around some parts of London this week, I kept seeing these green bikes left on the pavements in private roads and side streets so googled it and obviously found some new to me news..... I thought blimey that is a good idea, I could make use of them.
