The Castrol LM grease can be used with a hand operated grease gun (this is what we recommend not a pressurised gun) . You will need to raise the wheels clear of the ground; this then allows the grease to circulate around the swing arm journal. By raising the wheels one at a time will allow the grease to reach the correct areas.

quantity.....not mentioned by Alko but I would pump it in until it just appears at the outer end of the axle.

Hi,
this daunting task is easier than most would think. 4 Tonne trolly jack, 6 tonne axel stands, grease gun (hand), shells retinax grease and firm ground needed. Alko sugest 8 strokes of the grease gun but I always put 12 in for good measure.
Paid for itself in two years.
