Only stopped there once.. We can only use it when it is REALLY quiet as we are 40ft long with the trailer !
But it really is a good aires ( apart from the water supply being gawd knows how far away !! )

We use Gravelines regularly, it's a lovely Aire.

I even caught a small Flounder there once fishing on the corner at high water... (y)

Are the local restaurants open on a Sunday night? Been caught out a few times in what seemed like busy towns at 17.00, then they become ghost towns.

We're staying there next Sunday but I'm not expecting much to be open by the afternoon.

restaurant across the bridge towards lidl, called something like cap compass, we go first night across everytime, reasonably priced but not a big choice, closed on Monday but open rest of the week , but there are others in town but not sure when they are open. Pmu bar in town square always full of locals having a good night
