ok I don't think it will be a big problem for you to get you medication with a GP's letter, had a few friends from over the world who needed a script they just went to the doc with a GP's letter and got the medication and remember if the worst comes to the worst you can go to a hospital they have to treat you, but I don't think it necessary but keep it in mind.

The older you get, the more drugs you need to keep you going! Whilst in Spain & needing a drugs top up, producing your repeat prescription form was sufficient to get a months supply.
