Have been absent for a few weeks after getting back from our 6 month motorhome tour of America ( see the thread here ). Had a family bereavement for one thing and the vehicle has been away getting some TLC after 15,000 miles of travelling.
So, was good today to go and pick up the vehicle in time for Christmas and we will be spending a few days in it over Christmas and New Year at our daughters house. Amazing how as soon as you sit behind the wheel troubles fall away and there is just that feeling of independence to enjoy.
I will also get around to updating the National Trust parking map which has been at a standstill for the last 8 months while we have been away.
