Went to Southampton today to collect my truck and 5er
only damage was a shattered drivers door mirror glass on the truck

Doreen did a quick check inside when i got it home and found we had a bit of petty pilfering ,probably yank side but i wouldnt trust the uk side either the things that got took were not worth much so i feel sorry for them if they got to resort to stealing.

So now its get the truck ready for IVA test after they get a good cleaning

Is the truck fitted with towing mirrors ?----if not, check out 'kool-vue' aftermarket mirrors---they are an exact copy of Dodge oe fitted ones. And good price.
We did worry about theft with our 5er as we had our mirrors and S/S side steps in a locker !!!!!!

Hi Nigel
it has the flip out towing mirrors with 1/4 of the glass convexed.

We hid all expensive items away under the bed and behind the wardrobe,so far all we see missing is a small well used gas bbq,door mat ,folding picnic table and an old pair of smelly trainers
