Nice idea, to link your PC to your HD tv using HDMI but from all accounts, it only allows 'cloud' connection.

Does anyone know of a wifi device that will allow you to connect your PC to the HDMI terminal of your PC? I know I can use a cable, but wifi would be neater.,

I think what you are looking for is Media Player.

I use airplay on my apple TV units, works with the Mac, iphone and iPad.

Love-film detects airplay though and blanks the screen :-(, but Netflix is ok
