good service from the friendly club

Yesterday I booked a club site for a weeks trip, but when I looked at the confirmation, I had booked the wrong date :doh::doh::doh::doh::doh::doh::doh:
So after recovering from the abuse I received from Mrs. Ex:madder: I called them this morning and spoke to a lovely lady who amended to booking and also advised me that it would be less money as well.

I have also been tasked with returning my daughters Fitbit which has stopped working, I called the service number and again spoke to a pleasant lady, who is sending a return label. I don't know why, but I had expected a battle.

So far it has been a good day :giggle::giggle::giggle::giggle::giggle::giggle:

I also returned a Fitbit [my wife's of course] through Currys, a couple of years back as the strap was parting company and they swapped it no probs

Camping and caravan club.
The Fitbit I am returning is well over a year old and has to be returned direct, we only get the second year guarantee because of the EU, so it may go next year

If it had been a C&MC booking you could have done it online with no phone call.
I've tried a number of times to use the C&CC website but just can't come to terms with it.:( Maybe it's me though.:doh:

Fitbit are good for warranty, I am on my 2nd replacement and in our family we have probably had around 8 replacement for 5 of us

We were members of both. On arrival at a CC.Club on spec,the lady went through all options and we ended up paying less,i think one reasons was because we had an International campers card. ? It was a long time ago. Another time at a CC.Club/All comers. site we had stopped our membership,the chap asked " How many nights / We told himand he said. " I asked just in case it would be worth you rejoining for the discount,but it isn't "
Thats good service ,and they are friendly.. " CC.C T'H'S .? site Plymouth sound......." Worth going to if you are in the area.(y)
