Good clean campsite near Caen Ferry.. (1 Viewer)

Hi y'all....on our way back thro France tomorrow. .hopefully in 3 hops...Millau...Poitiers. ...? Caen...we'll that's plan a!

Any advice on overnight stop near ferry...need to be there in time for 8.30 am ferry...?

We stopped at http://www.camping-peupliers.com about 20 minutes to ferry site has all facilities and easy bike ride to beach and coast.. We also went to Cabourg for a wander.

We stayed at the municipal campsite - les Pommiers. Nice basic site only a few minutes from the ferry

Pommiers is only 5 minutes from Ferry. At 6.30am there will be a few vans heading for the ferry from the site.
