If you are talking about school holidays then ,no, but if you are talking out of season even when the lights are on, haven at Marton mere have some cracking deals and an open top bus goes from the gate at night and regular ordinary buss through the day.

St Anne's leisure centre - right on the sea front with hook up £5 night. Busses into Blackpool and Lytham. Tram will take you right down the sea front to fleetwood from Star Gate which is on bus route from St Anne's

Is the St Annes leisure centre safe for leaving the van.

We have tried the St Annes "Aire" a couple of times and always jammed to the rafters. If you like twiddling your thumbs I suggest you arrive early in the day and sit and wait for a place.
As a more positive suggestion check out the Camping & Caravan Club THS page as they often have a THS just down the road. Just checked and the next one isn't until 22-24 September.
Checked again and found there is a THS at South Shore Cricket Club until 23rd July. £8.50 pupn Just behind the Airport.

Hampton road is around £20. Traffic noise if you are the far row under the yeadon way. Very convenient though

Camping & Caravanning Club THS Lytham St Anne's July 21 to August 7th its at King Edward V11 Queen Mary School FY8 1DT nice level site, worth looking at it on Google maps as I am sure there will be a bus into Blackpool & it's only £8 night.
