Thinking of venturing into Portugal from Southern Spain in a week or two but looking for Sites/Camperstops etc that have Golf nearby, doesn’t need to be near the Coast any recommendations appreciated.

Vilamoura Rustic... At least 5 courses within 5 km and transport or car use available from site to golf courses. It's in Vale Judeu just 5 km from Vilamoura. Very secure to leave your MoHo while you play.

Camping Ria Formosa at Cabanas de Tavira, Benamor in walking distance, Robinson Club with, I think, 2 courses a 20 min cycle ride.

Golf courses around Vilamoura are very commercial - set up for societies with loads of space to spray the ball around. If that's your bag great but otherwise look for others with more character and more challenging.
