Globecar Drivers seat removal (1 Viewer)

Looks like I will have to remove the drivers seat and swivel base to access my leisure battery terminals, if I want to fit a battery monitor. Has anyone done this on a Globecar? It looks as though the seat might slide back off the runners by removing the safety bolts, but there are some wires wrapped around the base of the seat too. I presume once the seat is off the plate bolts will be pretty obvious?

I don't have a grinder ... are the torx screws the way forward?

Dont use a grinder. Its just 2 nuts from underneath. They are there for a reason, possibly in case of an accident to reduce the chance of your heavy seat with you in it going through the windscreen.
