Caution when thinking of using the service, or not in our case, provided by the above named.
We purchased a euro data sim from Data Roam before last December to use throughout Spain for a couple of months at a cost of around £40. When it wouldn't work, in our Huawei, we tried to contact Data Roams 24/7 365 day a customer service line. We got an automated message telling us to contact Global Gig, which was constantly engaged.
Long story short; after promising a refund for the unused sim they have played tennis between one another after promising to pay the cash back. They clearly don't care about their reputation so, beware purchasing from them. It isn't the cash, it's £40, but the principle is really taking on new meaning to me. Tempted to take them to court just for the hell of it!:Angry:
