Hi Dave

I looked at the Gliderite self levelling system last year for my MH but my personal opinion after looking at both systems almost side by side was that they were not as well made as the E&P System so I had that fitted instead. This is only my own opinion and other people may feel differently, whatever you go with though I am sure you will be very happy with it as I am now completely set up nice and level with chairs out and beer in hand in about 5 minutes from driving onto my pitch.

I had glide rite on my chieftain for 4 years, glitz rite removed them and refitted to my new Frankia 18 months ago. They are used a lot not just now and then, faultless, why pay more for e&p . If you want a demo in bedford message me

We ve had gliderite for 5 years. Do the job fine, no problems, they were £1500 cheaper than e&p at the time. Not sure of the difference now.

I have the glide right on my Burstner. They were on there when I got it. Not the sort of thing I would have put on but having them on already iam really pleased with them. They don’t look as chunky as the E&P ones but do the job. They will lift the motorhome off the ground and it’s five ton all up.

I had GlideRite levellers. Two sets. Neither worked very well. They were still under development. Unless things have improved considerably, I wouldn't go there at all. E&P or Goldschmidt (or HPC) would get my vote. If you cannot afford the quality, I'd suggest you save your pennies.

Mine have been on the motorhome for Severn years now and all ok no problems at all. They have never been serviced but I am going to get them serviced next year.

If comparing one supplier against another, I'd ask them how many other identical solutions they have fitted before. They may be vague in their response (or even lie), which may not help much but you might be able to deduce the amount of experience they have. Ask when the last one like yours was fitted and ask for a reference. It's a lot of dosh to splash about and even more hassle if it doesn't work out.
