Hi,

My Giottiline display panel (where you see battery or fresh water tank level etc) is not showing the level of the grey / waste water tank. Any idea why this might be?

There doesn’t seem to be an icon coming up for this when flipping through the options. I can see the water tank level in steps of 25% but no symbol or indication on the grey water tank.

I’m pretty sure though I’ve seen the grey water tank level on older versions of this panel.

My local dealer could not help with this either. He has an older version himself where it shows as one of the options when flipping through.

Is there a setting to switch this on or is this no longer a feature or was forgotten and needs to be repaired?

If Any of you know how I can switch this on can you send me some simple instructions on how this works, videos / pictures.

Is that a display, or just switches.

Can’t tell properly from photo. But

lights on. outside lights. Water pump, auxiliary, information.

what happens if you press the information button? Does it scroll through levels?

It’s a display panel. Here is a video when flipping through.

Rest of the buttons are Lights inside, outside lights, pump, aux, and info.

There is supposed to be some form of symbol for empty and full but I don’t know where this would be showing and what it looks like.

Now the waste tank is empty.

Hmmm… that’s very strange.

Whilst I understand that there is no need for the level like the water tank but at least full or empty should be somehow indicated.

The handbook says there is an icon that shows up when grey water tank it’s empty and another symbol when grey water tank reaches 80% / when it’s almost full.

I imagine this to show in the upper part of the display somewhere near the other top line symbols.

I can only assume that the waste and clean water storage is the same size. So they always equal 100%. 80% clean, must be 20% grey. Odd though.

Finally I figured it out. It only shows when it’s completely full.

Here is a picture of the symbol which lights up in case anyone else has a similar question in the future.

According to the handbook there should also be a symbol showing up if the waste tank is completely empty however that doesn’t seem to be the case as I have drained it completely several times.

The Manufacturer has just confirmed that on this particular panel (NE333) there is no symbol for empty just one for full. It does make sense as you’d know when you just emptied the tank.

Attached a pic of all possible symbols of the panel. If anyone needs the manual for the panel I have been sent a pdf for the NE333 which I’m attaching as well in case anyone has a similar issue in future.
