I am trying to apply online for the German Green Zone Sticker follow the application in English no Problem but have to attach Motorhome docs and max file size is 2mb my scans are 16/17mb how can I reduce this? Thank you

I'm a newbe
When you scan there is usually an option for file type. select - PDF. this reduce size greatly.
If not insert in word and save it as a PDF inthe file options.

Any document that is only going to be read on a monitor doesn't need to be more than 100 dpi in resolution.

If your scanner is scanning at a higher default resolution it will increase the file size unnecessarily.

"After trying and failing on line we didn't bother getting one till we got into Germany. Took less than 5 minutes at the TUV station... simples,,!

When scanning, select 300 dpi (dots per inch) (or even less - 200 dpi) that will keep the file size down and it will still be perfectly legible - don't forget that early laser printers were considered "state of the art" at 300 dpi.
