Hi, I'm Colin and have been motorhoming siince 2009. Used to have a Talbot Express Rambler and found the Preloved Forum excellent but it speciallises in Talbots. I now have a Peugoet Autoquest 100 2ltr diesel 2005 and hope to be able to get advice and share my knowledge with other owners.

Peugoet Autoquest 100 2ltr 2005 queries

Thanks for the great welcome to the site - Help needed for the following:
We had trouble last summer with our gas supply - full bottle but no gas getting through - anybody else had this problem.
We have a very irritating high pitch sqeak/rattle seems to come from the exhaust manifold, but everything appears to be OK and tight - put your foot on the tail pipe and it stops - any ideas please.
Does anyone know if the insulation etc. in these vehicles is up to cold weather camping - we have stored ours this winter but would like to use it for winter rallies in the future if possible.
Hope there is advice out there somewhere,
Regards, Colin.

Hi and welcome to the site. Regarding the gas problem it could be rubber residue in the regulator or maybe was an airlock if you have had it working since. Rubber tails do not last indefinately and should be replaced every so often. I know other owners who winter in their vans but usually with water drained down and using bottled water, other owners may like to comment.
