    IMO if you need / want to use a hair drier and a microwave you should be on hook up :)

    Just had a thought....

    You will need to turn off the hair drier to start the microwave.

    The start up current for the oven will be close to the generators max output and a second or two.

    yes but you will soon get fed up with heaving it in and out all the time.

    Ask Jim he has a set up to run hair dryers off of the battery. Might work out better then the generator.
