gas ignition, wont light (1 Viewer)

electrolux rm4260 very first trip tested the gas lighted ok ,ran it on 12 volt while on the road. Parked up could'nt get it lighted on gas again, spark seems poor or you dont get any................... would be gratefull if any one could give us a help with advice.
Novice Camper here, this was our very first trip which mared it as had to throw away
all the contents.

check fuses first. It may be that a fuse has popped. You will need to look into that as well, as fuses pop for a reason.

I should imagine that this is the problem - is the ignitor lit and clicking?

Re, gas ignition

Just in case it might be helpfull to other...................we had trouble getting the gas to light in the fridge & knowing little about them.

Dirty contact for the piezzo ignition.............hubby took out the fridge, but to do this it is'nt necessary ( well the fault was'nt known at the time) we could have reached it from the out side grill.
