Does anybody know where you can get replacement rubber grommets for a gas hob (the little black inserts on the pan supports)?

Thanks

I replaced my missing ones with grommets for a tattoo gun. These are cheap as a disposable item but seemed to work just as well (or badly)

Ours have gone and haven’t bothered replacing them, just put towel under cover when travelling
It was the rocking kettle and pans when they start to boil that was annoying me…

Found them and ordered. Ridiculous price but needed, so paid up.

Thanks for the link
Why is that whenever you need simple little parts for motorhome appliances they are outrageously priced.
Do you think we might be getting ripped off?
Rubber grommets that will cost penny's to make and will be a cheap generic part If you can find them.

I had a box set of rubber grommets from lidl and replaced some the broken / missing Smev grommets.
It worked up to a point but on the ring most frequently used, the rubber has gone brittle and need replacing again.
Better than paying Smev prices though

I used to buy them from maplins but the never lasted long

I wonder if you could do something with high temperature silicone sealant ? If you greased the legs of the support pan and pushed it through the strategically placed blobs of silicone you should be able to remove it for cleaning ?

I got my last lot from O’leary motorhomes and they were £1 each I think but that was over eighteen months ago

Make your own…..sugru mouldable glue as sold on eBay .

£9.99 for 200 different sizes on Amazon. I used the search term from Riverbankannie (thanks) . 👍
