Gas cylinder exchange Luxembourg (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know if it is possible to exchange German gas cylinders in Luxembourg and whether this can be done at motorway services? Thanks

Luxembourg is very small, so if you can't it is not far to go to get to the German border.

Be aware that all of the garages close to all of Luxembourg's borders get very busy because fuel is so much cheaper there than any of the neighbouring countries. First time I arrived in Luxembourg was about 5pm on a Friday. Queues of French and German cars at every garage filling up for the weekend.

I think German/Lux/Belgium cylinders are the same but to do a swap you will need to find the same brand. As Peter says might be easier to pop into Germany.

You can find gas cylinders here in Luxembourg that will screw in place of German ones. I don't know about exchanging, though.
