Gas bbq help choosing ! (1 Viewer)

talking of BBQ's....is it generally OK to use Gas fuelled BBQ's outside on camps and in areas that forbid BBQ's in general? Or are all BBQ's in the same bag please?

Always best to ask the site staff.
Some sites allow gas or charcoal bbq but no fire pits, I guess it’s because these types don’t send sparks flying everywhere.
A site we stayed on in France didn’t allow electric bbq’s.

Charcoal bbq's are not allowed in much of France from the middle south. Also, in much of mediterranean Europe, because of the fire risk.

Morn, Well we had a Cadac with our 1st Moho and to be honest I thought it was rubbish, but it was 1 of the earlier smaller ones. I currently have a Masterchef (LIFESTYLE BBQ TEX PORTABLE GAS BBQ (GREY) the same ) on ebay for about £100. Great we BBq. The 1 in brackets is just the same as our 1, a few companies make them but title them differently. The outside extending shelfes unclip and fold away inside the BBQ which then fits under our front bench seat perfectly. Great cooking temp range and fairly big cooking grill surface are.

Has anybody used a Weber Go Anywhere gas bbq? have had a Q1200 for many years but would like something smaller/lighter too.

I have the charcoal go anywhere, made me laugh seeing them being used on Masterchef, for the street food section.

We’ve got the o grill after having a Cadac for years and find it spot on.
