Hi, I think I may have made a mistake... I might have chucked the shower fitment for the garage, thinking it was an old hose from the bathroom that the previous owners didn’t throw. It’s an odd connection, and searching the internet I can’t see anything similar. Can anyone tell me what to look for? There don’t seem to be any camping shops near me so I’ll have to order online...

that requires one of these

Looks like an air line connector. The sort of thing a car workshop uses.

If you look at picture it's got a blue (cold water only) band round it and there's a notch in it for the connector along with the microswitch 👍

It's a standard quick coupler used for many connections since about 2004. The slot & pin aren't required for most applications. The switch is presumably to isolate or power a pump although mine is a mixer tap arrangement and works of a normal twist tap. The connector closes off the supply (water or gas) when it is removed so a pretty safe setup.

Glad all our efforts of help were appreciated, not even a thanks or like,☹️

won't bother again

Thanks, this has been amazingly helpful 😁

I haven’t found one yet but at least I know the goal. Sorry, was busy driving and camping and working.
