galaxy note, transferring pictures (1 Viewer)

I have the galaxy note (phone) and when I transfer pictures to my PC there is always three of the same pic, one large one medium and one small size even though I have only taken one.
How do I remedy this as it is a pain deleting all the smaller sizes that take up space and is also a nuisance to see all different sizes when viewing my pictures?
The phone doesn't show three pictures on my gallery in the phone

WE're at Falasia stocking up our batteries before we meet friends and going for a Christmas day lunch down at Fantasia bar and restaurant at Quartiera beach.

PS ..thanks for the tip on the android forum I am on it now looking for help on that
