Lol@ hair straighteners . Only because I get it. Had to get a bigger invertor for the missus to use hair dryer

Really retired that's some list never thought of a electric blanket . I think that's it :)

I removed the dishwasher but she keeps getting back in lol :) I do the dishes really

Really retired that's some list never thought of a electric blanket . I think that's it :)

Ours is a standard mains one running off the inverter. Draws about 5 amps though I believe you can get a 12v one which probably cost a lot more.

Does a rewired rechargeable toothbrush that now works on 12v count. It would not hold a charge anymore so it got converted.

11yrs, but many years a tugger.
Loads of the usual stuff plus VHF transmitter for headphones, Wacco fridge freezer box, only used at Christmas, CCTV recorder plus other bits, but still thinking.

Everything in the van is either gas or 12v.
The only thing that is mains powered is the charger...
Likewise! Even my husband's CPAP machine (for sleep apnoea) is 12v. Can't believe how many electrical items some people think they need to take with them!

hair straighteners, window vac, vacuum cleaner, Nespresso machine, electric kettle ... might as well be at home!
So if your your away for 3 months you wouldnt use a vacuum out of your list we have 2 and it is home from home
