Fuses and water pump (1 Viewer)

I need help. I am very new at this but my water pump is not working. I have a hymer 654 and it is 20 years old. I have also found a funny fuse box with some blown fuses. I have never seen fuses like this they are yellow,red and white they look like the wire across the fuses are broken. Not sure if this has to do with the pump not working. Can any one help 3 first timer miter homers

first things first, if youve got blown fuses find out what they supply and work out why they blew, or you will only have to replace them again
