Good morning Funsters,


We bought our MOHO this time last year (not good timing) and got away a few times last year before we were "confined to barracks".

Question on service please - the dealer we bought it from has done the annual service and habitation checks to comply with the 3 year warranty which we got with it and charged £499 for a both with an extra £60 for a MOT - does this sound about right? I think it would make more finannacial sense to have the service done at a "normal garage" and the hab check done by the dealer, is this allowed?

Picked up for a few signs on damp to be fixed (60% on a roof part and 25% by the hab door and rear window, along with 2 x new tyres (cracked side walls) its going to be an expensive month!

Might just have to go full time to warrant the costs - I’m sure my work will understand LOL!

Looking forward to 12 April but not as much as my Grandchildren!

We use a more local dealer to service the base vehicle, as we found that if we used the motorhome dealer we were missing out on recalls and software updates that the main dealer would do
