Fuel shortage

Not sure what its like in the rest of the country but here in most Eastern Essex no diesel at 3 garages today and only petrol at 1 BP garage on main A133. Not sure why such a shortage obvs the Ukraine situation for diesel as we import a lot of that from Russia but petrol?
 
Aye ive seen a few posts on Facebook from around the country with no diesel. Not sure why
 
Protests at the fuel distribution depots. It's the same here in the Midlands, get days of no diesel in most garages.

Local tanker driver posted on Facebook as told not to go in for his shift as no vehicles were getting out.
They have also been blocking some garage forecourts...

Also shortages here in the east , it’s about time the unwashed were sprayed with something nice as their disruptive actions are helping nobody.

I would recommend Paraquat as it's good for getting rid of unwanted and annoying pests. (y)

Many garages in the West Midlands with shortages, campaigners at the two main depots in the area.

Are the police incapable of clearing the Highway of peaceful protesters?

Let them protest on the pavement, as long as they do not obstruct that also.

Bit of a drought in Cambridge too I’m told. Heading back that way from Germany on Monday..will make sure I get a tank full this side of the water.

Not incapable but handcuffed by the loonies who think protest should go on regardless of the costs to society. They did act, sort of, to the Insulate idiots eventually.
Till the politicians grow some and trendy do-gooders are told to shut up this is the way it is for some time.
 
One Tesco by us was closed and the next one (not too far away) closed as we were filling up. Others closed in the area and queues where they are open. We're in East Kent.
 
I was going to fill up with Diesal this afternoon as we just picked swifty the Moho sainsburys in hedge end Southampton
really long lines of cars so we never bothered.
 
There's nothing down here in Penzance :(. If you're coming down this way over Easter, try and top up before you come.

There's been hardly any diesel here all week. The only people these so called eco warriors are effecting is the normal working and retired men and women.
It's about time they brought the army into stop all this cr#p going on.
I'm all for peaceful protests, but this is ridiculous.
BTW how do this protesters get around causing all this chaos, by wind power!!

Yes I'd personally pepper spray them all so why the police Don defies belief. In a war and you have to put up with scum like this.

I’ve not seen any problems around here in West Lancashire, but I’ve just been to Costco at Haydock to get some stuff and there’s a lot of cars queuing for fuel. I needed some diesel but couldn’t be bothered waiting so I went to Asda around the corner where it’s about 3p a litre more expensive, no queues and it cost me a full £1.20 more than Costco.
