Fiat ducato 2021, quick release fuel connectors any instances of failure? Got me ferry tonight and one popped off and won’t reconnect properly, breakdown in attendance. Any thoughts?

RHS of the engine, underneath a big braided hose. 2 plastic quick release connectors on top of each other. It just not locking correctly a bit of shit plastic has caused me nause I reckon.

Had a look at my 2017 and cant see anything as described.
does it look simular to the one above (removed from fuel filter)
the white clips are pressed in to disconnect/ push on.
in this instance it may be possible to effect a temp repair with cutting off pipe and a jubillee clip.

No chance of a repair as they are plastic connectors in a very ttight space, it is a male to female type connector, van is with fiat now as it is still under warranty.
