Hi everyone from sunny Spain- sorry to rub it in for those back home.
I have a Swift Kontiki 645 which to me sits low at the front, needing the use of ramps even on level ground. Has anyone ever fitted stronger/longer springs to raise the front end up. I have seen a couple of others the same as mine.
Thanks Mike

It's to do with fuel economy as you're always driving downhill, an idea they pinched from the Citroen 2CV.

Talk to Mick at SAP at Doncaster. He can supply and fit uprated front springs to relieve this problem. I believe they are supplied by VB the same company that supplies the air suspension kits that Mick fits. He could also fit full air suspension which completely solves the problem and E & P levelling jacks if required. Give him a call as he is very knowledgeable.

Did mine @ 4 weeks ago . A lot of difference ... & better balance of the van re nose diving about bends / roundabouts (noT at speed).
Conrad Anderson did mine ... see thread from me ... So wouldn't recommend them ... as had to clean van after they had their dirty mit's everywhere . Rubbish ...
Anyways ... Yep . Difference I'd very noticeable ... Hardly use the ramps now so it's good ....
