Front headlamps (1 Viewer)

I have a Rapido A class 997M bought new in 2006.
I’m struggling to remove the front headlights, more than struggling cannot see how to remove them to renew the beam reflectors, I believe they are Hella lamps but do not have any part numbers, if anyone out there can help, advise me how to remove them I would be very appreciative for any help, reason being one of the reflctores is showing signs of discolouration

You might find the access hatch under the wheel arch... but you need to have tiny hands to get in??

Mr B don’t know if you have read my info on the motorhome but it is an A class so ALL lights are directly in front of the body in clear view nowhere near the wheel arch, so I’m sorry to say your reply was absolutely rubbish

what do I know then....only owned a Rapido A class for 4 years... and had to alter the beam settings on our HELLA front lights..
They must be in a different place on a Mercedes

I was going to offer help and a link to buy replacements, wont bother if that's the response to correct information

Strange that, because I'm sure I had to remove the wheel arch covers on my Rapido A class to access the lights when I imported it, and also use my very small hands to carry out the adjustments, maybe I was dreaming.

I have a virtually identical Rapido 999M. The headlights can be accessed from the letterbox engine hatch if you have small hands and double jointed wrists. The easy way to replace them, and they will need replacement if the reflectors are corroded, is to let your trusted independent mechanic do it. Worked for me.
