Fridge problems

We have a 2022 Bailey 816 and the fridge keeps refusing to work on either gas or electric it shows red triangle with 05 under it .we are taking it in under warranty but I’d like to be fore warned before hand .can anyone help.many thanks

It does help to specify the make and model of the fridge/freezer
Thetford and dometic are the 2 main makes but lots of different models.

Dometic are responsible for the majority of refrigerators in the caravan industry today. We don't see too many problems with them but as things get more complicated it is inevitable that -

Can we also confirm if, when you say it doesnt work on electric, do you mean 12 volt when static or 240 volts ?

Quick search suggests the dometic new one,

Sorry gentlemen my mistake it’s dometic fridge freezer the newer version that opens both sides

We were told originally to disconnect it behind the lower outside vent for a few minutes then reconnect .this did work for us a few times now it’s given up

Whilst at a Caravan shop I asked about the red triangle they said it will show that the freezer is not down to temp, 05 being the temp leave it on and it will get to 0 and go out.
