I have a Thetford fridge freezer that won’t switch on , I have checked the fuse and that seems ok, does anybody else know what other reason may cause this to happen. Many thanks

Check 12v supply, is there a fuse, is there a switch on the habitation panel?

The fuse looks to be intact and all the other 12v stuff is working fine

Ours is a Dometic so may be different but two times now we have been faced with no lights at all on the control panel. Latest time happened this week when we arrived in Morocco. On both occasions it has been the connection to the low 12v supply at the back of the fridge. This time the wire had broken.
Behind the bottom vent there are some connections, a high 12v supply and a low 12V supply that has a thinner wire. It is this supply that runs the display and ignition for the gas. Mr P re-made the connection and display sprang into life.
Hope this helps you find the problem.

I wonder if they ever found the cause of the fridge failure?
