We have a Dometic fridge with a frame heater for anti condensation. The instructions are less than clear and they give no info on how frequent use such use this heater, I guess this is due to the varied use the devices get.

We will use the unit throughout the year and around Europe and reading some posts around the web it looks like we should make a frame heating 2hr cycle more or less every trip ?

Does this sound correct ?

I assume you can't over use it although you could perhaps under use it.

Any input appreciated

We have the same fridge/freezer and were told during the handover of the MH to use it if the freezer door was stuck shut with ice caused by condensation in hot climates. There were no other instructions and although we do have the manual I don't see anything there about using it on a regular basis.

Yes we got similar vague instructions at handover, I asked the how often question and got a blank look...

Looks like you're Foxy people:winky:
