anyone know what the construction is of a dometic fridge door the ridiculously small screw that barely holds it all together has enlarged the hole it bites into i cant decide weather to just fill the hole with glue or to drill it oversized and glue a rod of plasic in ,,im not sure how thick the shell is i assume its foam insulation inside

Hi Steve it's made of styrofoam. I made a repair by sticking a thin (1 mm)strip of Ali along with a few self tapping screws ( very carefully ) not over tighten. I drilled and countersunk all the holes before fixing/glueing
