Friday over on the tunnel staying in City Europe that night then off to Spain

Cant decide on toll roads to get there did it some months back and it took me 3 days but tolls were about £150 maybe a bit more cant remember exactly
This time I have a trailer to so guessing more. Not done it with trailer.

So what will be exact cost going west coast way Rhoun bordeaux etc

And how much of a slog is the non toll way at this time of year

Mmm decisions

I never ever pay tolls in France other than Millau bridge.BUSBY.

Just on the asfa site to try and work out cost with a trailer
I remember earlier this year it seemed a fair few quid but if its going to be double with a trailer that will be to much

I am sure they are class 2, the same as without a trailer.

I supose there is one way to find out do a stretch and see what it will charge
Class 2 and i would do it

I take a car trailer every year and tolls around the same as you around £150 use tolls as it’s so much easier with trailer as you don’t have to keep going around roundabouts and over speed bumps.?
That’s my choice and we still enjoy the trip.
Get a sanef tag on offer at eurotunnel?

It’s clear as mud, however, your van is less than 3.5 gross weight and a small trailer appear to be class 2.

You could always try it, even the auto booths flash up your class charged.

Said it before will say it again :)
Sod the tolls ! First year we did tolls
Second year no tolls
Difference ? Took the same time but the wallet was heavier due not only to no tolls but WAY cheaper diesel :)

Third year no tolls in France but a couple of tolls in Spain. cos they are so much cheaper, and that is what we have done since
