Fresh water in locker (1 Viewer)

Hi guys,
In Chinon France at the moment and I have fresh water getting into one of the underfloor lockers when travelling full or nearly full. The fill point is above locker and pipe can be seen in locker. Did a test fill today and no leaks during filling but flooded locker on arrival !
I'm sure I've travelled full before but maybe not this full ?
Not something that'll spoil hols (weather trying hard in that department) but I'm curious to know if anyone else has experience of this.
Oh, it's a Hymer B544 2003

we had the same, loose top cap, not that obvious, but enough to soak garage

edit - just looked at photo after posting not sure how fresh water would get in there but guess it might run back along pipe somehow

Agree with David, inspection cap not gully tightened or needs a new O ring.
