French emissions widescreen sticker

Just spent hours trying to upload my application for said sticker but there is red writing all over my (under 400Kb) photo of my registration document ………. Help before I just give up !

Had this just resized and worked tbh did on laptop as phone was about to fly too

I think if you email to your self it automatically reduces in size

I had to convert mine to a pdf file to send it.
Google convert what ever you current file is ie jpeg to pdf . I did this and was able to convert to pdf which is a smaller file size.

By the way all.
This emissions sticker thing only came up earlier today as my Google sat nav was routing me through Rouen on my way back to UK it warned me of the emissions zone - it did not do it a month ago on my way down.

For Rouen yes, I believe that all French towns can now list themselves as an emissions zone.

For Rouen it seems that September this year is the date we need to work to as that is when it changes from commercial vehicles to all vehicles:


"The Rouen metropolis will gradually implement a ZFE-m (Zones à faibles émissions mobilité - low emission zone). The area affected by the ZFE will be enlarged and more vehicle categories will be affected over time.

From July 2021 the zone will cover the inner city boulevards, left bank and right bank of Rouen and it will only affect commercial vehicles. The minimum standard will be Crit'Air sticker 3:
o diesel van Euro 4
o diesel HGV Euro 5

From January 2022 the zone will cover 15 communes of the metropolitan region of Rouen.

From 1 September 2022 the minimum standard will be Crit'Air sticker 3 for all vehicles.
o diesel car and vans Euro 4
o diesel HGV Euro 5
o petrol cars and vans Euro 2 and 3"

My mo is Euro cap 6 and this week I was sent a sticker 2 automatically.

So is this the wrong one.
