I see that after delaying the "carry a breath test kit" law until 1st March, the French have now decided to postpone it indefinitely.

Luckily, and by pure chance, I never managed to buy any of the kits - despite my best efforts.

This means that git in Sarkozis government who campaigned for the law in the first place (and is a major shareholder in the only approved supplier of the test kits) has made sh1t loads of money at our expense !!!
