Just watched a video on U-tube .. Freddie Mercury and Montserrat Cabalier singing "Barcelona".. WHAT a performance !! Sad he's gone, even if it was self-inflicted by his lifestyle.. But what a showman !! All the best ones go young.... Denver, Holly, Jackson Et Al....

Every time I hear him singing on the radio I fell a little sad and wish he was still with us .Never managed to see him perform live and never met him but miss him like a friend.

Just imagine what he could have gone on to do, to be, everything he did was gold. I don't know of any songs he did that were rubbish.
He really is sadly missed as are so many others that were taken early, self inflicted or not.

Waited to hear it on the 90 minute tv prog Queen favourite songs but it didn't seem to feature unless we missed it. Course Bohemian Rhapsody is usually the acclaimed favourite but Barcelona does it for me every time. Wished we'd seen the show when we went to Barcelona a few years ago.
