Ford TDCI BLOWING WARM AIR (1 Viewer)

Hi , I have warm air blowing through my vents even when on cold , the engine temp is normal anyone have suggestion/s what this could be ?oh:

Heater control not connected or not shutting properly?
Does the hot/cold control work at all or is itthe same in any position?

I had something similar and found that the cable from the flow adjuster knob was not engaged properly with the 'flap' that it controls. (Note the technical explanation) Managed to 'force' it back into position and been fine since. Sorry can't explain it much better than this.

Sry for late reply , I booked the van in for air con check and found out it had hardly any gas .. so a service and re-charge £54 and it's fine now ..:thumb:
