I see a flaw ......
Puncture or blowout in one tyre = two flat tyres.
Maybe should have read the link first.

You saw the safety blow out shut off then?
I wondered the opposite - slow leak in one tyre flattens both tyres?

I don't think its really an issue for Motorhomes because they tend to be driven more gently than trucks and the weights involved are relatively low.

Not sure about US but not many European trailer have twins anymore so only an issue for the drive axles. Could be good for the heavy haulage sleds?? but the problem I see with it is another opportunity for leakage.
