Not normally a fan off black backgrounds on sites but I quite like it.

Me too, certainly much easier on the eyes, especially at this time of night!

I couldn't get out the dark style for a while i was like Tommy Cooper getting scared when he walked into one of his magic cabinets, cupboards , ooh its dark in here.

Good for AMOLED screens as they use less power, and also good at night. I'm sticking with it for a while, thanks Jim ?

I’m also liking the dark style at the moment, however the dark blue on black background makes it difficult to see who is being quoted (using iPad).

champers I've tweaked username colours so the names should show up in the dark theme a little better . Subscribers are Teal, Read Only are Grey and newbies remain green.

Another observation in dark mode, the @name references in posts are not distinguished from regular text by colour per ‘Fun Default’ mode (blue text for @name references), so difficult to see.

Love this option. Great contrast and so easy to read with the black background. I also have my google calendar set up like this and find it the best colour option for my viewing, day and night.
