we use a couple of plastic boxes from poundland to keep cheese and cooked meats in(seperately) and they act as a shelf, other stuff then goes on top. Also saves searching around for items in a full fridge. Just pull out a box

B&n had a door shelf that fitted our dometic fridge the one that holds bottles etc this was last week at marsh mills plymouth

bought the wrong shelves, didn't read the model number correctly

we have a 7855 totally different shelves, no wonder they make them so expensive if they keep changing things

Oh dear. If they fit an RMD8555 and is a lower shelf for the cabinet, you can give me one of these free....

Hope you get them replaced OK. I have to say trying to find correct product numbers and then spare parts numbers is a nightmare....

Found a really helpful company at www.leisurespares.co.uk who tracked the correct ones down for me.

just a thought as it caught me out as well (not hard)

our shelves have plastic plug fittings on the ends to secure in holes, these did not come with the shelf and would appear to be extras, OK if a replacement but not if an extra

Not sure to be honest. This is he number Leisure Parts provided it so it could be their stock number rather than a Dometic part number
