The stereo system in my American built 5th wheel is a Jensen........

Apparently, it's typical in America for stereos to only pick up odd numbered FM frequencies, ie 90.1, 90.3 90.5 etc. It wont lock onto 90.2, 90.4, 90.6 etc.

We go to Spain for the winter and wouldn't you know it, the English radio station I like down there is broadcast on even numbers!

I have a DAB which will re-broadcast on FM but there's no DAB down there.

So, the question is (at last!).............
does anyone know of a small, affordable unit which would pick up the even numbered FM frequencies and rebroadcast on odd numbers?

..........yes, I know, why don't I just replace the Jensen will a European unit. Might come to that.

I will vote for the last line... (y) (y) (y) (y)

Is there any slot for a different input if not get an fm transmitter and use whatever source you like maybe your phone on bbc sounds then you get all the stations (if you have enough data) something like this
Amazon product ASIN B07N767T35
But I've not tried it

We have one of the below devices in our MH and car. They are brilliant

15 Hour Bluetooth Receiver, TaoTronics Bluetooth Car Kit, TaoTronics Portable Wireless Audio Adapter 3.5mm Aux Stereo Output (Hands-free Calling, Bluetooth 4.1, A2DP, CVC Noise Cancelling) Amazon product ASIN B071VLDRWN

sounds like a lot less hassle to fit a Euro stereo to me.. Problem solved in one

I would go for timbo1000 suggestion then you get hands free etc too and a lot cheaper

I would be very surprised if there wasn't a method of changing to European frequency steps - Jensen sell their stuff over here and won't re-design it for different markets. Changing will be either a menu item (maybe Locality or some such) or by a jumper or solder link inside the unit. I'd contact their support people for a start.

just use any old fm radio and plug an fm repeater in the headphone socket

RESULT!

Got this sorted at last. E-mailed Jensen (ASA Electronics) in the States to ask if it was possible/feasible to have the unit re-calibrated for Europe.
Turns out there's a small switch on the back hidden in a recess and not shown in the manual.
Left sets it to 200Mhz (America) and right sets it to 50Mhz (Europe).

Easy when you know how!;)
