Hi, can anybody suggest a Flamma awning fitter. I’m currently on CC site at W. Horsley Surrey and wind decided to rip ageing awning. Awning very old and I want to replace it. Looking online I can’t find any supply and fit places in or around Kent. Any suggestions please.

Thanks

not sure how far you are from Hillview Awnings who are in Dorset, Brent the owner fitted my 5mtr Thule motorised awning about 2 months ago and his attention to detail was superb.

I’d recommend him no question

Look for a Sail repair centre, they will replace the material for you.

Cheers

Solution
I had to replace my Fiamma a few years ago.
If you replace it with the same model of awning it's a very easy job as surprisingly it is only held in place by 3 self tapping screws.
All you need is a bit of strength and the height to reach it without stretching.
Remove the 3 self tappers from the bottom of the aluminium brackets twist the awning away from the bracket and lift it off the top of the bracket. If the brackets aren't damaged leave them be and fit the new one by reversing the process.
I was amazed how easy it was and did it roadside outside the Suppliers.
Good luck

Everything seems to point to an easy job to replace, even using an F45s model. Quite a variation in suppliers prices but sadly none cheap. I’m going to hold out for used model, searching internet regularly.
