A West brom flag is pride of place because not many others fly one

Well I know for a fact that of the other 11 supporters only one has a Motor-Home and two others have caravans neither of which carry a flag-pole. so the chances of seeing another West Brom flag flying is fairly remote.

Having said that my last boss's son was a West Brom nut, well he was certainly a Nut anyway.

Allright Steve............ Griff

union or St George? I'm feeling inadequate with my 7m. Individual DA's should do their own on a background of their county. Safe with Somerset flag, a big red dragon. Those that don't know think its a Welsh flag.
will look out for you all
Mines a big red dragon too (although it does, of course, stand on a field of white and green),

Wowwwwwwwww. Keep hold of that shirt with all those signatures on. It's got more signatures than fans at PV. Definitely it's a heirloom. In 50 years time it could be worth a fiver or so, providing the frame is intact.

I did say COULD and I'm no expert on these matters you understand and are you really sure it's worth £2.50 now. That's pushing it even with recorded provenance. But good luck for the market to rally but I'm sure you're onto a long term winner

Of you can get Mr Williams to autograph it too, you value might be fairly accurate. I don't, personally, think it'll drop much below it's value with the addition of his signature.

@Quick Quick Please note the operative word in my post "English" so the flag of St George. Do please try and keep up old chap. :)

Nice to have you acknowledge the difference, does annoy me when folk say England when they mean the UK.

Our van has a 10M antenna mast on the back of it. when it's not carrying antennas it has the Red Dragon on the top and the Union Flag beneath it. Both are the same size. I'm very proud to be both Welsh and British.
The mast is also often festooned with a lighting array with an automatic timer that brings them on when it gets dark, and keeps them on for about 5 hours. This array has it's own leisure battery and solar panel. The lighting is there so we can find our way back to the van after a night in the real ale tent at steam rallies. The very top of the mast carries a high wattage led array that can be seen for miles around. It's our beacon home!
We do have fibreglass poles too. These are Also mainly for antennas, but often have Union flag and Red dragon spinners on them.... We also have bunting for the awning.... This also lights up :)

I've done this one before, but as we have a French motorhome, we fly a French flag proudly above it (quickly ducks for cover from incoming)

Once I got into the habit, later years would see my county flag flying....

The flagpole and flags have been resigned to the loft, victim to downsizing !

I have flag pole, but only a MHF(acts) flag oh the embarassment therefore do not fly any. Would love one with a thistle on it but not been able to find one as yet, only been looking for 8 years.
I had a quick look at the online shop I used and they don't stock any flags with thistles.

They do however have the Scottish Fun contingent flag.... https://www.theflagshop.co.uk/

There must be more 'fun' to be had north of the border, the same supplier doesn't sell the equivalent smiley flag for the rest of the UK

Just bought a super duper flagpole to replace the cheapo telescopic one we had that kept collapsing

Richard.

Hmm, curious about your replacement flag pole; is it a folding one or is just a short one? ;)

Cannot resist asking about Flag Poles and Flags. Do you have one (or TWO) and what flag do you fly. I like 'em because with a small light on top I can find my way back at night. My flag is....................?
