Assuming you now have a Carthago Compactline you'll find that the electric panel is below in the garage so you should find there are some spare connections there which you can utilise to put in a wire to power the socket quite easily using some brown trunking if needs be.
We are having it done in January at notts county campers.
My better half likes a lie in while I walk the dog then make porridge.

I managed to pick up a decent 12 volt supply from the bathroom cabinet, behind a veneered timber plate.

I think this panel on right of toilet is best with swing arm bracket

I would recommend fitting a bracket that allows the TV to be removed for transport and also so it's not in the way and thus can't annoy you to death every time you go past it.
It is out of the way and can be easily removed

Perfect that’s the bracket I’ve got with swinging arm demountable thanks

Was there any wires in panel , as switches are near there ?
There was a live feed that I picked up inside the bathroom cabinet. I ran two new coaxial cables from the connection in the overhead sliding cabinet in the lounge area, down behind the side seats then through the back of the bathroom sink unit. I drilled a hole from under the sink through to the cupboard under the bed then ran them up in the corner behind where the tv was mounted.

What model do you have ?

ive almost finished a similar project, though not in the same vehicle as you have. i also used a demountable bracket - ours is a 4 arm bracket and at its max extension is in a perfect position though it does 'sag' a bit. I have also fitted a removable shelf fitted to a 5th seat bracket, using the head rest holes, by leaving the tv stand connected to the tv and adding the slide out bracket of the demountable to the tv, we can move our tv to wherever we want to.

i would look at being able to resite the tv to more than one location if space allows. also try to match any existing socket or tv outlets, it makes it look so much more professional

Having a 138, I'm not familiar with the 144 but I would think that an aerial lead will be the trickiest part of the connection. In my previous van I had a dual location and just had to extend the aerial lead across the top of the bathroom door. Still have the old TV but not sure I should encourage OH to laze watching breakfast TV.
