And mild enough to sit outside

We love it there. It was the first place we went in our first van, a tiny old Autosleeper Symbol ES. It didn’t stop raining the whole weekend. There was a terrible landslide on one of the roads nearby and a car with two passengers was found about a week later, sort of sticks in your mind. It was summer as well. We go quite often as it’s only an hour away.

It’s a really nice spot, there is a local swimming group (the Bridport Bluetits) who made me very welcome . They swim down on the main beach each morning all year round and showed me the best spot to swim from, made sure I was ok and gave me a badge :giggle:

Lovely site..... (y)

If you turned the camera the other way, you could almost see my bungalow... :winky::winky::giggler:

Now you can see why I wanted to move back to Dorset... No county in the UK with such outstanding views.. (y)

Well worth visiting the Oldest Butchers in England just short drive to Bridport. Fantastic Faggots and Sausages. Our favourites being Toulouse Sausages to make Cassoulette and their Tudor Rose Old English, just superb.

yes the best pitch and you then don't have a view of the 'camping city'.
